Terms of Digital Wholesale & Sales Agreement By placing an order on GameXBulk.shop, you agree to the following commercial terms: Nature of Goods: All products are digital vouchers or direct top-up services. Once a digital code is delivered or a top-up is processed, the transaction is considered consumed. Refund Policy: Due to the non-tangible nature of digital gaming assets, all wholesale sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a technical failure on our end prevents order fulfillment. Pricing Stability: Wholesale prices may fluctuate based on global currency rates; however, the price at the time of order confirmation is fixed. Balance Usage: Funds added to your account balance are dedicated to procurement and are non-withdrawable unless specifically authorized by our financial department.
